Jazzy Kale Salad

So its Kale season, and you're looking to indulge in this yummy green, but theres so many options and you can't decide which to make!

We got you covered!


Julia Howe, Shared this yummy dish with us a few weeks ago at the Teacher Potluck and everyone fell in love. It's light, fresh and crisp. Plus, totally delicious!

What you'll need:

  • A food processor or blender

  • Toasted Pistachios

  • Parmesan

  • Lemon Juice

  • Lemon Zest

  • Olive Oil

  • Cloves of Garlic

  • Salt and Pepper

Ready? Let's get started!


Step One: De-spine Kale

Step Two: Massage the Kale

Step Three: In a food processor, combine:

your desirable amount of toasted pistachios, and parmesan.

Step Four: Add juice from half a lemon, some lemon zest, a few table spoons of olive oil, a few cloves of garlic, and salt and pepper.


Step Five: Enjoy!
