Fall Yoga Retreat: Divine Light
October 23-25, 2026
with Gaby Goldberg
“May all beings come home to their light.”
-Ashmi Pathela
Fall is a season for slowing down and simplifying — a time to kindle our inner light and an ideal moment to begin or deepen a yoga practice.
Unplug for a weekend of Hatha yoga at a center rooted in Ayurveda, yoga's sister science. Tune into the subtle messages of the body and explore how nature and the cosmos are reflected within you, through practical practices rooted in tradition.
As nature sheds and prepares to move inward, let’s align with the seasonal cycle and immerse in practices that nourish the body, steady the mind, and soothe the spirit. We’ll begin to build our inner reserves to embrace the darker days with peace, love, and joy in our hearts.
Ha-tha translates as Sun-Moon, and the main energy channels of the body connect with these cosmic forces. Sun and moon cycles influence our circadian rhythms, bodies, and energy. Hatha practice guides us in working with this awareness to cultivate balance and harmony.
“..We are the living gateway to the greatest of mysteries.” Adriana Ayales
Our weekend theme is Divine Light, a foundational yoga concept that invites deeper connection to soul-self (purusha). Observing the cycles of change in nature (prakriti) guides us in navigating change within us and around us. The physical becomes a bridge that illuminates our true essence and anchors us into new daily rhythms as the season turns. Join us for a weekend that hits the reset button and provides a sense of grounding.
