Embodied Asana: a Journey Through the Koshas
15hr Online Course with Christina Fornaciari
The Pancha Koshas (Pañca meaning 'five', and Kośa meaning 'sheath' or 'layer' in Sanskrit) provide a useful map for understanding and integrating the layers of our being including the physical, energetic, mental/emotional, intuitive, and blissful layers. Connect the framework of the koshas with yoga āsana (postures, the physical practices of yoga) to support a yoga practice that is embodied from the inside-out. This course is open to curious students who want to deepen their practice (at least 1 year of yoga practice is recommended) and counts as 15 hours towards LRY's 300hr Teacher Training Program.
Prenatal Class Bundle
A collection of yoga, movement, and meditation classes to nourish your pregnancy journey, or gift to the pregnant person in your life. Practices range from active and strong to gentle and soft to support the vast experience of pregnancy and parenthood.
