May at LRY: VIBRATION

Yoga and science agree that everything is vibration. Every thought, emotion and sensation is energy in motion. Like an antenna, the human body is both a transmitter and a receiver. Our energy is felt when we enter a room. Our body signals NO when something feels off and also YES when things are aligned. The body is always communicating and through yoga and meditation practice we become more skillfully attuned.

We can also learn to shift our own frequency by attuning to the vibrations of love, fearlessness, acceptance and any other positive quality that we seek to develop. When we cultivate these qualities within, the ripples extend outward. Have you noticed how being in the presence of a deeply loving person touches something within you? Trust that your presence reverberates too.
What vibration do you wish to contribute to the world?
with love,

I usually get bored with driving games fast, but Drive Mad keeps introducing new mechanics that make each stage feel different. It’s easy to learn but difficult to fully master.
Yeah, we switched to tamper-evident hinged containers for our deli fridge after customers kept opening regular clamshells. Tbh, they’re worth it if you sell ready-to-go food. I’d look at the seal, stackability, and whether the plastic stays clear instead of getting cloudy. Bad stacking gets annoying fast in a small cooler. We’ve used https://www.mcdonaldpaper.com/safepro-te48-48-oz-tamper-evident-clear-plastic-container-with-hinged-lid-150-cs for food packaging when our local supplier was short. Nothing flashy, just clear product info, decent selection, and normal ordering for small business stuff.
It’s fascinating to reflect on how our inner energy ripples outward, and shotbg makes me pause to mindfully shape my own heartfelt vibration each day.
I’ve never thought of myself as an antenna before, but that comparison really clicks. It makes so much sense that our bodies pick up on subtle energy and send signals back out, whether we realize it or not. What I love most about this post is the reminder that we’re not stuck at a certain frequency just because life gets heavy. We can consciously choose to tune into something better — love, acceptance, even just a little more patience. That doesn't mean pretending everything is fine, but it does mean we have more control over our own ripple effect than I often remember visit melbet. Definitely sitting with that question today.
In Slope 2, players must guide a ball through a dangerous and ever-changing slope. The gameplay starts fast and gets even faster. Obstacles appear in challenging positions. The track design keeps each run unique. Neon visuals create a stylish environment. Players must stay focused to avoid falling.
