After a full summer season, or moving into a busy fall, September is the perfect time to recharge your system. There is always room to tend to your needs, sometimes in small ways and sometimes big, so that you can feel fuller and more nourished within.
Some ways to recharge are rest, embodied movement, conscious breathing, walks in nature or even a hand to the heart.
The best place to recharge is the present moment, free from worries about the future or attachment to wanting something different. In the present moment, the ego lets go and we can just be. In being, we give our bodies and minds what they need.
Practice being present with us. There are lots of awesome workshops and classes to choose from all month long. And it will be our last month of classes at the Surf Club so come by if you haven't yet. Our fall schedule begins September 28.
