Pelvic Bowl Meditation

Updated: Nov 18, 2021

A pelvic bowl meditation created by Emily Garrett.

Get stable and connected to you root through this short meditation. Just like a tree, your Root Chakra is what grounds you to the Earth, creating the foundation on which you build a sense of stability. The Root Chakra is associated with feelings of safety and security, both physical and metaphorical.

Attending to the energy in the pelvic bowl builds a strong foundation. Get rooted and grounded and release unnecessary tension at the root with this short practice.

Emily Garrett has a wonderful way of explaining the importance of grounding. I love how this practice targets deep-seated tension in the pelvic area. I wanted to share these insights and the guided video with my online yoga community, so I used For Free MarkFlow to convert this entire blog post into a well-formatted document. It made sharing the resource so much more professional and easier for my students to read through

This Pelvic Bowl Meditation is such a grounding practice! I’ve been struggling with feeling scattered lately, and focusing on the Root Chakra as described in this post really helped me regain a sense of stability. I actually used MarkdownCo Pro to organize the key steps and my personal reflections into a clean, professional-looking meditation journal. It’s the perfect way to keep my wellness journey structured and aesthetically pleasing

This sounds like a wonderfully grounding practice! Focusing on the pelvic bowl, a center of both physical and energetic power, can bring such profound benefits for well-being. I appreciate the focus on this deeply personal and often overlooked area. Speaking of seamless experiences, for anyone needing a quick and efficient way to handle images, I recently discovered Merge JPG – it’s incredibly handy for photo tasks!

This "Pelvic Bowl Meditation" sounds like a truly grounding and insightful practice. The focus on such a foundational area of the body for meditation is really compelling, and I'm looking forward to exploring it further. It's great to find resources that encourage deeper connection with oneself. By the way, for anyone who works with written content, I've found Markdown to Doc to be incredibly useful for converting text to professional documents.
