A pelvic bowl meditation created by Emily Garrett.
Get stable and connected to you root through this short meditation. Just like a tree, your Root Chakra is what grounds you to the Earth, creating the foundation on which you build a sense of stability. The Root Chakra is associated with feelings of safety and security, both physical and metaphorical.
Attending to the energy in the pelvic bowl builds a strong foundation. Get rooted and grounded and release unnecessary tension at the root with this short practice.

I love the analogy of being 'grounded to the Earth, just like a tree' for the Root Chakra. Visualizing that stability is so powerful for building a strong foundation. You could even use a Free AI text to Image Generator to create some beautiful images of grounded trees or serene pelvic bowl imagery for your practice!
This sounds like a wonderful way to connect to the root chakra! I often take screenshots of short meditations like this one to revisit later. If you ever need to convert those phone pictures, especially if they're in HEIC format, a tool like heic to pdf can be really useful for sharing or printing.
This meditation on the pelvic floor was incredibly grounding. I never realized how much tension I was holding in my core and how it affected my overall posture. However, even with regular yoga, I still struggle with persistent stiffness in my lower back and hip joints after long sessions. I've found that using MrJointPatch is a perfect complement to my wellness routine—it provides such soothing relief for my joint discomfort, allowing me to stay flexible and fully present in my practice
Emily Garrett has a wonderful way of explaining the importance of grounding. I love how this practice targets deep-seated tension in the pelvic area. I wanted to share these insights and the guided video with my online yoga community, so I used For Free MarkFlow to convert this entire blog post into a well-formatted document. It made sharing the resource so much more professional and easier for my students to read through

I’ve been struggling with feeling scattered lately, and focusing on the Root Chakra as described in this post really helped me regain a sense of stability.
