Just like a tree, your Root Chakra is what grounds you to the Earth, creating the foundation on which you build a sense of stability. The Root Chakra is associated with feelings of safety and security, both physical and metaphorical.
Attending to the energy in the pelvic bowl builds a strong foundation. Get rooted and grounded and release unnecessary tension at the root with this short practice.
