January at LRY: FEEL

What would it be like if, rather than trying to improve, you accepted that you are perfect as you are? Healing naturally blooms when we accept ourselves. Can you feel it?
What if your feelings, including sensory experiences, emotions, preferences and judgements, are waves rising and falling within you and there is no need to attach to or pin down or analyze? Instead, what happens when you open to what arises and let it flow, even when you want to close?

As we move through another turning of the year, I appreciate this wish from Buddhist teacher Jack Kornfield, "May you trust that something wise is moving you forward, even when you cannot yet see the path." To trust, we must befriend the rich sensory experience of being human. May your yoga practice guide you to ride the waves of feeling and bring you back, again and again, to your innate wisdom.
with love,
Emily & LRY

This was a calm and uplifting post that beautifully reflects the theme of mindfulness and seasonal intention-setting. The way you shared updates and experiences from the yoga community felt warm, clear, and welcoming. I recently came across a similar discussion on a review blog, and it offered an interesting perspective as well. It also connects well with the idea of https://www.attn2detail.info/, where small, thoughtful touches in communication can greatly enhance clarity and emotional impact. Overall, a soothing and well-crafted read.
One thing I noticed about eggy car is how smooth it runs even on older laptops. That’s rare for free online games now, and it makes the experience much better.
This guide covers most of the common login issues people usually face. I found the section about app crashes especially helpful because that problem happens quite often on mobile devices.

January at LRY: FEEL really captures that sense of slowing down and tuning into your emotions. It kind of reminds me of playing Slope 2, where staying aware and in control of each moment helps you navigate whatever comes next more smoothly.
