How do I set up my Union account?
You should have received an invite from support@union.fit back on June 22nd. Follow the link in that email to set up your login info. Be sure to check your spam/promotions folder.
What if I didn't receive an email invite?
If you didn't receive an email invite, it is most likely because you already have a Union account (from taking a class with another studio that uses Union). You can go to https://www.union.fit/signin, enter your email address, then click 'forgot password' to reset your login info.
Did my information get carried over from MindBody?
Yes, all of your information, payment methods, and passes/memberships have been carried over from MindBody.
How do I sign up for class?
You can go to the classes page on the Laughing River Yoga website or download the Union app on your phone (iPhone users only; there is not an Android app at this time).
How do I join livestream classes?
First, make sure you are logged in to your Union account. Then, press the link embedded in your confirmation email to join!
What if I am still having trouble?
You can send an email to devin@laughingriveryoga.com with any issues you're facing. You can also just show up for class a few minutes early and we will get you squared away!
