Open to rest, receive, and restore with this evening restorative class infused with reiki and sound healing. 

 

In this 90-minute class you will be guided through restorative poses supported by props, allowing the body to relax and open. While resting in the poses Crystal will come around and offer sound and reiki healing. 

 

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing modality that promotes relaxation and healing. Reiki supports the movement of energy already within, assisting with clearing blockages and balancing the energetic system. Sound healing is a powerful therapy that uses vibrations and frequencies to promote relaxation, reduce stress, relieve pain, enhance overall well-being, and aids in accessing higher states of consciousness.

 

This powerful combination can provide deep relaxation and restore balance within the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic body. This offering will close with an extended savasana and sound bath.
