Looking for a deeper dive into mindfulness and meditation practices? Join Miv for her upcoming virtual half-day meditation retreat, "Wings of Freedom: Mindfulness and Lovingkindness Retreat" on Saturday, February 26 from 1-4:30pm.
In this afternoon program, we will cultivate the wings of awareness by practicing mindfulness and lovingkindness meditation in the sacred container of a silent retreat. This retreat is appropriate for those with no meditation experience, those with years of meditation experience, and everything in between. We will practice sitting and walking meditation, with plenty of guidance and support. All are welcome.
