Here's a preview of what you can expect in our daily October Meditation Challenge. Every Monday through Friday from 7-7:15am, a Laughing River Yoga Instructor will guide a free meditation online via Zoom. Day 1 was a huge success, but it takes 21 days to form a habit- so keep showing up!
