Meditation Challenge with Emily

Here's a preview of what you can expect in our daily October Meditation Challenge. Every Monday through Friday from 7-7:15am, a Laughing River Yoga Instructor will guide a free meditation online via Zoom. Day 1 was a huge success, but it takes 21 days to form a habit- so keep showing up!

Use these moments to commit to practicing mindfulness.

Create a pattern in your life that will transform the way you relate to yourself and to others. Let this become an affirming ritual far beyond the bounds of this month-long meditation challenge. All are welcome.
