March at LRY: ACCOUNTABILITY
Practice becomes firmly established when cultivated for a long time without interruption and with sincerity. (1.14) — Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, c.400 CE
Showing up can be the hardest part of practice. To practice with dedication and consistency, like what Patanjali suggests, is an ongoing commitment to showing up again and again.
Even when (especially when!) life is busy, or it feels hard or uncomfortable to do so. These are often the most important times to hold ourselves accountable because our practice offers the opportunity to meet ourselves with awareness and skill during life’s challenges.
Eventually, the conditions become less important as the wheels of practice are set into motion. Discipline yields grace. Practice deepens into sadhana, daily spiritual practice, and showing up becomes less of a 'to do' and more part of who we are.
My teacher Sharon Gannon says: “Through repetition, the magic is forced to arise.”
Have you unlocked your magic yet? ✨
You are the only one who can claim your power. Your healing is yours alone — that's work only you can do. But you are not alone! That is the beauty of community. It’s easier to show up when we know we’re in it together. Community holds us accountable and asks us to show up as we are.
In what ways is life asking you to show up with renewed commitment? What practices can support you in showing up for life more fully?
with love,

Tried out Nano Banana 2 for generating images from text descriptions. The updated version feels more responsive and the output quality has improved noticeably. Works well across different styles from photorealistic to illustrated.
