April at LRY: SIMPLIFY

Sometimes the best practices are the simplest. One deep breath. A walk outside. Moments to gaze at something beautiful. When things seem out of control, it is the small choices that make a difference. Connect with the ones you love. Take 7 deep breaths. Get off your phone and look out the window.

Pause in order to strengthen the quality of your attention and your presence.

Pray for the people you care about and for what matters to you.

We are helping to make it simple. Sign up for our April meditation challenge and reset your attention. 15 minutes a day, every weekday starting Monday April 6.

Happy spring everyone.

love,

emily and lry

I appreciate the reminder to focus on simplicity, especially when things feel overwhelming. Those small choices really do add up. The idea of a meditation challenge to reset attention is great. Speaking of making things simple, I recently found a helpful tool for organizing tournaments and competitions called Bracket Maker. It's all about simplifying the complex, much like the post suggests!

This post about simplifying is exactly what I needed – letting go of clutter really does make space for peace. On a side note, when I want to simplify my choices for online entertainment, I’ve found this resource helpful for honest comparisons: magic red casino review. It cuts through the noise. Back to yoga, do you have any tips for keeping a simple home practice during busy weeks?

Spent way too long on Poki last weekend — started with one puzzle game and ended up trying like five different ones. Everything loads right in the browser which is nice when you just want something quick without installing anything. The variety is honestly what keeps me coming back.
