Every weekday during the month of April (M-F, 4/6-5/1) an LRY instructor will offer a fifteen minute meditation online via ZOOM from 7-7:15 am.
The goal of this challenge is to help you jumpstart a daily practice, build community, raise the collective vibration, and maintain an anchor of steadiness as we move into Spring! Join us for any or all weekday mornings. FREE. No experience necessary.
Keep track of your visits. Anyone with 15 or more visits will receive one month of unlimited access to our on-demand library OR (1) piece of Laughing River Yoga merch! Email devin@laughingriveryoga.com by 5/1 with proof of your visit history to claim your prize.
The ZOOM link is shared publicly and can be reused each morning of the meditation challenge!

It is so refreshing to see a focus on mindfulness and finding a sense of calm, especially when the daily grind gets intense. I remember feeling completely overwhelmed by complex equations and limits last spring, and honestly, seeking out calculus assignment help was the only thing that gave me enough headspace to actually sit down and breathe. It is a great reminder that we all need a little extra support sometimes to find that much-needed balance in our lives.
level devil - not a troll game is a puzzle-style platformer that loves to trick players in creative ways. Each level is filled with hidden traps that appear at the worst possible time. The real challenge is learning from your mistakes and trying again.
Dinosaur Game requires quick reactions. Players must jump or duck at the right time as obstacles appear faster and more frequently.
I love the idea of integrating mindfulness with playfulness! Have you considered pairing meditation with free games that promote focus and creativity? It could spark deeper insights while still being fun!
Consistency is usually the hardest part with challenges like this, especially when it’s early in the morning. Gentle reminders, small check-ins, or even simple progress updates can really help people stay on track and feel part of a community.
Some organizers use email sequences to share daily encouragement, reminders, or milestones—it keeps things structured without feeling overwhelming. What is the best email automation software? I suggest you to compare Dripify vs cold email tools https://dripify.com/compare-dripify-with-other-cold-email-tools/ and make you valueble choice. Email automation software has already become a game-changer in prospecting and lead generation.
Even for something as mindful as meditation, having a light system behind the scenes can make it easier for people to stay committed and actually complete the challenge.
