Three 60 minute sessions- $250

Includes a pdf of an individualized home practice session for you to do at home as well as a 30 minute bonus session one week later to ask any questions regarding the practice and tweak or fine tune if necessary.


In just three sessions, Emily will help you create a home practice that is uniquely tailored to your individual needs.


First, we will identify your body’s unique needs and personal goals for practice. 

Want to learn to do a headstand? Working to heal persistent low back pain?  Or, do you want to prepare the body to sit more comfortably for meditation practice?


Whatever your motivation for practice, we will work together to create a home practice that addresses your goals and is flexible enough to adapt to different needs on different days. Take it with you anywhere! 


Through consistent practice, change habitual patterns of muscular tension that are stressing your system, constricting your breathing and causing physical pain.  Instead, feel more ease in your body, increased energy, greater clarity of mind, and a generally more optimistic attitude on life.

Have you been practicing yoga for a while and feel like you are starting to plateau?  Are you interested in fine-tuning your technique in order to feel stronger and more confident in your asana practice?  Want to take your practice to the next level?  Do you have an injury that is making it difficult to practice in the way you always have?  If you answer yes to any of these questions then this package is for you.  


Emily will help you see what you cannot see so that you can adjust, and free yourself of old patterns that are not serving you.  Step into new ways of living in the body that are sure to bring more joy, ease, and health into your life and system.


This can also be used to specifically address pelvic floor pain or issues.
