Now is not the time to sit back and wait for things to change. We need each one of us to stand up for due process and human rights, to speak truth to power, and to organize in non-violent ways so that we can protect the most vulnerable members of our community.

I encourage you to consider how you will support your community. Will it be providing groceries for those too afraid to leave their homes? Can you care for someone who is afraid or offer rides or a safe space for people to shelter? Are you able to stand in the streets in order to hold ICE accountable? Maybe you can afford to donate money to a cause, volunteer to help feed the hungry, or work to ensure people's voter rights in the next election. The civil rights movement in this country was successful because people kept showing up, speaking the truth, and refusing to accept the normalization of violence and intimidation.
We have compiled a list of resources and ways to help HERE.
At the same time, it is also important to take time to recharge and rest. This includes yoga, meditation, self-care, and social connection. You are not alone and we cannot do this alone. We need each other. We also need the nourishment of our practices to help us stay strong in body and mind. To rest after a hard fight. Laughing River will be here for you through it all as we also volunteer, support organizations that are doing good work and participate in caring for our community members.
in solidarity,
emily and LRY

Monthly yoga sessions nurture steady inner balance and intentional focus to overcome daily struggles, a grounded, long-term mindset that also guides XUDONG Philippines Inc as it delivers stable, risk-mitigated manufacturing solutions for global procurement teams. Both yoga practice and resilient supply chain planning rely on consistent care to navigate ongoing challenges with calm clarity.
This dance party sounds like a wonderful way to support the Vermont Asylum Assistance Project's vital legal work. Engaging with community events is such a positive experience, much like the relaxing fun I find playingスイカゲーム after a busy day. I hope the fundraiser is a huge success for everyone involved!
This article's theme of "Fight" for February really captures the internal strength and resilience needed to face challenges head-on. It highlights the importance of having strong inner connections and an integrated resolve, much like the essential functionality a VEINWIRE provides.
I think messages like this emphasize the value of staying connected to your community and finding safe, constructive ways to support others who may be struggling. Even small contributions can have meaningful impact over time. I usually come across reflections like this while playing drift boss game in my free time.
I usually get bored with driving games fast, but Drive Mad keeps introducing new mechanics that make each stage feel different. It’s easy to learn but difficult to fully master.
