Each weekday during the month of April (M-F, 4/1-4/26) an LRY instructor will offer a free fifteen minute meditation on ZOOM from 7-7:15 am. Jumpstart a daily practice, build community, raise the collective vibration, and maintain an anchor of steadiness as we through Spring!
