Yoga Nidra & Sound Bowls
Yoga nidra is a guided relaxation that brings you into a state of consciousness between waking and sleep. It reduces active, beta brain wave activity and supports moving towards alpha and theta states, or deep relaxation. The practice provides space for restoration and is enhanced by the sound of Tibetan sound bowls to support harmonization within your subtle energy field. Free yourself of tension, shift habits and subconscious thoughts, and awaken your inner potential through this restful practice.
