Martha offers a mindful, inspiring, and welcoming yoga environment that fosters self-acceptance and embodied well-being. Her in-depth training in yoga, movement and breath allows her to artfully guide postures that encourage body ease and aliveness. Martha brings 30 years of teaching experience and continued study that keeps her classes fresh. Along with an invitation of presence, she evokes humor and kindness. Martha is certified in Somatic Experiencing and Hakomi, a body centered psychotherapy. Martha is nourished by the natural world through daily walks, canoe camping and sailing on Lake Champlain.
