Lauren Gernady is an Āyurvedic Practitioner and a 500-hour Āyurvedic Yoga Teacher. Graduate of the Kripalu School of Āyurveda (KSA), former intern and Academic Coordinator of KSA (2017-2022). Now residing in Vermont, Lauren oversees the curriculum development and academic arm of the Mahatma School of Āyurveda based out of the Āyurvedic Center of Vermont in Williston.

 

With a deep commitment to the study of Vedic traditions, Lauren spreads her love of Āyurveda, Yoga, and Jyotish through writing, teaching, mentoring and 1:1 consultations. Deeply steeped in these ancient practices, she has an empirical understanding of the transformational power of Āyurveda through diet, lifestyle interventions, clinical work, and Pañcakarma.
