Gentle Yoga & Pranayama

Gentleness is a practice. It asks us to slow down and sweetly attune to our needs. In this practice, you will be led in a slow and gentle movement practice to tend to the body, anchor in breath, and turn the mind inward. Class will conclude with extended pranayama and meditation practice.

 

This workshop will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
