Erica began practicing yoga in 2008 and quickly became a dedicated and enthusiastic student. It wasn't long before she recognized the spiritual, emotional and mental benefits of regular asana & meditation practices. Yoga has granted Erica the gift of a path towards self-discovery and has supported her in living life more mindfully. It has helped her invite more compassion into her relationships with others and herself.
In her classes Erica loves guiding students through practices during which they can find comfort and connection in their own body, as well as recognize and appreciate their vulnerability as an inherent strength.
