Journey Into Ishvara Pranidhana: Hypnobreathwork + Sound
What if you didn’t have to hold everything together?
This workshop explores Ishvara Pranidhana, the practice of surrender, of softening control and learning to trust what is already unfolding. Rather than forcing answers or pushing for clarity, we’ll work with the body to release tension, loosen your grip, and open to a deeper sense of support.
In yoga philosophy, the Yamas and Niyamas are the ethical principles of yoga: a guide for living with integrity, intention, and presence. Ishvara Pranidhana is one of these teachings. This is the practice of surrender.
Through a powerful blend of HypnoBreathwork®, sound healing, and reflective inquiry, you’ll be guided to notice where you are gripping, forcing, or holding on too tightly. We will begin to release those patterns and open to trust and surrender to the flow of life.
We will begin with gentle grounding to arrive in the body, followed by a dynamic HypnoBreathwork® journey to surface and release limiting stories. Then, drop into a sound bath to integrate Ishvara Pranidhana and surrender on a cellular level.
Journaling and reflection prompts will help you explore what it looks like to move through life with more ease, trust, and flow.
What to Bring:
-A yoga mat
-Eye mask or something to cover your eyes
-Journal for reflection and intention setting
Note: HypnoBreathwork® is not recommended if you are pregnant or have a history of cardiovascular disease, seizure disorders, personal or family history of aneurysms, or using major medications. Eating heavy beforehand is not recommended. If you fall into these categories, please join, but treat the session as a meditation using your natural breathing cadence.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more supported, and more connected to your ability to trust what’s unfolding.
This workshop will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
