Seven Homecomings Meditation
Practice
As our world continues to shift, change, and collapse, so much is calling for our attention, compassion and action. It can be challenging to remember that to meet reality with care, we ourselves must be resourced. Through the lens of the Seven Homecomings meditation and touching the Earth, this class offers a pathway for you to call in, experience and be resourced by the care available to you, at all times.
Developed by Lama Rod Owens The Seven Homecomings meditation is a practice of taking refuge, as shaped by your unique tapestry of experience. We will explore calling in and opening to the boundless reserves of care, nourishment and space that are available to us by way of the Seven homecomings of: our Guides, Wisdom Texts, Communities, the Earth, Ancestors, Silence and Self.
When we know that we are not alone and are supported, we open the door to receive and experience limitless reserves of nourishment, protection and guidance.
Join Alex to expand into the possibilities of taking refuge, and drop back into the arms of support.
This sit will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
