Restorative Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice that allows the body to open at its own pace. Using props for support, we hold poses for a long time without effort or force. This allows the body to relax deeply while the mind rests. This class will also feature Tibetan Singing Bowls, whose healing vibrations will add another layer of deep relaxation to the Restorative Yoga practice. Bowls will be played in the room and rung and sung on the body to offer gentle vibrational massage with sound.
