Journey Into Santosha: Hypnobreathwork + Sound
We live in a culture that thrives on dissatisfaction. Messages of “not enough” come at us from every direction: not successful enough, not productive enough, not attractive enough. This constant striving keeps us in a cycle of discontent, always reaching for the next thing.
Yoga offers us another way. The Yamas and Niyamas are the ethical principles of yoga: a guide for living with integrity, intention, and presence. In this workshop, we will explore the niyama Santosha: the radical practice of finding peace, fulfillment, and contentment in the present moment. Through a powerful blend of breathwork, sound healing, and reflective inquiry, you’ll be guided to recognize where patterns of striving, comparison, and discontent are draining your joy.
We’ll begin with gentle grounding to arrive in the body, followed by a dynamic HypnoBreathwork® journey to surface and release limiting stories. Then, drop into a sound bath to integrate Santosha and enoughness on a cellular level. Journaling and reflection prompts will help you envision what it looks like to live with more ease, gratitude, and joy.
You’ll leave with a renewed sense of sufficiency and self-trust and connected to the simple joy of being alive.
What to Bring:
-A yoga mat
-Eye mask or something to cover your eyes
-Journal for reflection and intention setting
Note: Note: HypnoBreathwork® is not recommended if you are pregnant or have a history of cardiovascular disease, seizure disorders, personal or family history of aneurysms, or using major medications. Eating heavy beforehand is not recommended. If you do fall into these categories above, please join, but treat the session as a meditation using your natural breathing cadence.
This workshop will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
