Yoga Anatomy: Happy Hips
Our hips are among the body’s largest joints, providing both strength and flexibility as they influence posture, balance, and movement. This session explores hip anatomy, common mobility and stability patterns, and how to balance strength with flexibility. Through targeted yoga postures, we’ll discover how happy hips can improve not only your practice, but also your functional performance, comfort and confidence in daily life.
Part 3 of our Yoga Anatomy Workshop Series, this class is open to all — yoga practitioners, teachers, and anyone with a body who wants to better understand and care for it. Through movement, yoga, dialogue, and study, this series will help you explore the design of your amazing body—from the ground up.
Each workshop blends:

-Foundational anatomy explained in clear, accessible language
-Embodied learning through yoga postures and mindful movement

-Guided self-reflection and Q&A to connect anatomy knowledge with your own experience

Bring your curiosity—and any specific questions about anatomy, injuries, or your yoga practice—to discover alignment tips, healing strategies, and practices for optimal wellness.

This workshop will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
