Yoga for Skiers & Riders

Prepare your body and mind for ski & snowboard season! Adding yoga to your weekly routine this Winter will help improve strength, stability, and coordination so you can ski and ride with more ease. These weekly classes will include strength and conditioning components that address movement patterns that skiers/snowboarders use, as well as deep stretching and relaxation to relieve tension in the body. 

Students can choose to commit to the whole series or drop-in for a class or two!


There will be no class on November 24.
