Yoga for Emotional Balance: 4-Week Series
This transformative series offers yoga practices designed to support emotional balance and well-being. Over four weeks, participants will explore techniques such as breathwork, sound, movement, and meditation specifically designed to release stress, ease anxiety, and lift mood.
We ask that you commit to attending all 4 sessions in the series, as each session builds on the last, empowering participants with tools to cultivate resilience and inner harmony. This series is suitable for all levels, offering a nurturing and accessible approach to addressing emotional challenges through yoga.
This class series will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
