Yoga for Beginners
This 4-week series welcomes new yoga students looking to begin their practice by learning the basics!
Sienna will introduce meditation, breathing techniques, foundational poses, and how to safely use props to support your practice. No prior yoga experience necessary, all are welcome.
Students can register and pay for the whole series or drop-in for classes.
This class series will be held in-person at the Chace Mill and online via ZOOM.
