Yoga for Anxiety

How are you relating to the undercurrent of unknowns these days? Our relationship to stress and anxiety impacts the quality of our lives. Yoga is one powerful avenue to support us through the constant shifts within and around us.
In this 4 week series we will explore our relationship to anxiety through the yogic techniques of breath work, gentle asana, concentration, meditation, and visualization. You will (re)learn to ground yourself in your body. Join us as you are and we will move into this darker season together.
We ask that you commit to showing up for all 4 sessions to get the most out of this series, it will take more than just one hour to shift anxiety!
