
Yoga Anatomy
Join Lucy D'Aponte, PT, CYT for a 4-part Yoga Anatomy Workshop series!
Each class will include a centering theme, a 1 hour yoga practice (body part focused), 1 hour anatomy lesson, 15-20 minute embodiment focus/movement meditation related to the body part and theme, an exploration of what the dharma of this body part is, self reflection and Q and A. You will leave each class with a gift related to the body part and handouts with anatomy and other resources.
Students can attend and pay for all 4 workshops in the series OR register for individual workshops.
