Set yourself up for more easeful sleep with this yin yoga series. Yin invites us into passive, longer held poses on the floor where we learn and practice how to bear witness to all of ourselves. The series will focus on sense awareness specifically in the skull with visualizations that guide us through the rhythms of the bones, muscles, and tissues of the head.
