In this workshop get to know your self and your partner better. Practice cultivating intimacy, healing touch, and communication. Experience the outstanding benefits of gentle yoga stretches and simple Thai massage techniques, including calm and happy body and mind. Unwind on your own, and as a couple, as you explore a new medium of connection. No experience is required. These simple stretches and assists are taught by demonstration and through hands on-experience. You and your partner each practice giving and receiving in an intentional, loving way. All are welcome.
