As  yoga teachers, being trauma informed is vitally important.  It is likely you will encounter students and clients healing from trauma.  Various stages of trauma response may be present including PTSD, anxiety and depression.  In this interactive workshop, we will engage in open conversation while expanding our knowledge of trauma and its impact.  We will explore how to work with the complexities of trauma, while maintaining our own trauma informed healthy boundaries, so we can best support the process of healing. This workshop can be counted toward 300 hr certification for yoga teachers.
