The Bhagavad Gita is one of the most important texts in the Hindu tradition. Through the poetic discourse between Lord Krishna and the mighty warrior, Arjuna, we learn about the nature of reality through the lens on non-dualism, several important definitions of yoga, and how we should act in the world if we are interested in experiencing inner peace and ultimately, liberation.

The Gita takes place in the middle of a battlefield with armies on both sides poised for action. The battlefield can be thought to represent the inner and outer conflicts that exist for all of us. In this workshop we will explore the root cause of these conflicts and what it means to be a true warrior in the yogic sense of the word.

This workshop will include both asana and discussion.

Hours can be counted toward the 300 hr training and CE Credits with Yoga Alliance.
