In this series we will learn the physical and energetic anatomy of the three bandhas; udijayana, jalandhara and moola bandha.  Bandhas connect you with the core and teach you how to focus the mind deeply in the body.  We will learn the practical application of bandhas in both asana and pranayama practice.  This will include working with foundational poses as well as ways to integrate breath techniques into asana which will enhance bandhas and strengthen the core.  Once you learn how to integrate bandhas into your practice, you will feel more whole and integrated throughout the entire body.
