The Chakras are wheels of energy within the body that correspond to massive nerve centers along the spine. They are connected to our physical, emotional, and spiritual self. When they are balanced, we feel grounded and safe, have access to our creativity and agency, allow the flow of emotion and voice, and experience connection and acute consciousness.

These energy centers are different and yet completely woven together in a system. When one center is drained or overactive, it impacts everything else.

This series will introduce the characteristics of each chakra and lead you on a journey of self-study. Through gentle asana, visualization, and inquiry you will be invited to explore and experience the wisdom of the chakras and begin to create balance and harmony in body, mind, and soul.
