We are inextricably linked to the natural world. Our biorhythms, energetic patterns, and ways of moving through the world are mirrored in the natural, omnipresent cycles of nature. Every cycle has a beginning, middle and end. Winter’s dormancy inevitably yields to spring blossoms, calling us to inner renewal.
In this half-day retreat experience we will utilize asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), mantra (recitation), meditation, and self-inquiry to clear stagnation, release stuck energy, and make space for inner blossoming. We will focus on techniques to uplift, cleanse, and purify our full being.
