Somatic Experiencing & Yoga
***This weekend workshop counts as 3.5 hours towards the Laughing River Yoga 300hr Yoga Teacher Training Program. Participants must attend both sessions.
Explore the waves and movements of your nervous system through Somatic Experiencing and yoga practices that support living in a truly embodied way.
This offering will support you in calming the nervous system and expanding capacity. We will explore the relationship between interroception and proprioception, somatic grounding practices, regulation vs. dysregulation, and how ancient yoga techniques provide us with many tools to support nervous system healing work.
This offering has two components: a 1.5hr group practice on Friday evening and a 2hr workshop-style session on Saturday afternoon. Participants can attend just the Friday evening practice ($27) -OR- register for both sessions ($65).
