Are you curious about why and how Yoga Nidra works? Join Malaika and learn the science behind the technique. Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep", is a healing practice, accesible to all, that facilitates deep rest for the nervous system. Without effort, it can free us from habitual patterns and reset our equilibrium. In this workshop, you will explore the history and tantric roots of Yoga Nidra, the neuro-science behind it, and the effects on the body. The last hour will include a gentle restorative flow and Yoga Nidra Practice.
Please be prepared with a notebook and writing utensil if you wish to take notes, props to facilitate a restful Yoga Nidra practice and an open mind!
