She Ra- Women’s Spring Renewal Retreat: Grounding to Grow

This retreat’s theme focuses on self-renewal and growth in all areas of the mind, body and soul. You will be successfully challenged to dig deep and harness physical and mental strength, learn deeper self-love and care by literally planting some roots, harness peace and patience, all the while spending time in the company of awesome women.
12:30-1:30pm: *Barre Session (w/ Ryen)
1:30-2:15pm:🍴Lunch (catered by Pingala Cafe)
2:30-4pm: Terrarium creations (all materials provided)
4-5pm: **Nidra Session (w/ Malaika)
-*Barre Fitness Session: An all-level fitness program utilizing movements inspired by classical ballet methods, Pilates, yoga and orthopedic exercises. (All exercises can be modified to meet individual physical needs). The session will conclude with yoga inspired stretching and breathing.
-🍴Lunch: our friends at Pingala Cafe will cater a full lunch, offering a completely vegan menu (gluten free options will be available) that is 💯% Plant Based… Now isn’t that just fitting for this retreat’s theme!
-🌱Terrarium Session: GROW THROUGH WHAT YOU GO THROUGH. Get your head, heart and hands a little dirty as you’re guided through a step-by-step process to create a take-home terrarium. (All materials provided, along with care instructions for your plants and yourself ❤️.)
-**Yoga Nidra Session: A gentle and therapeutic yoga flow, followed by Yoga Nidra. The session will end with accompanied Tibetan Singing Bowl sound bath for an overall deep rest and rejuvenation of the mind and physical senses.
(BARRE and YOGA have been thoughtfully combined to offer increased mobility, strength, flexibility and body/mind awareness.)
