Many of us initially come to yoga for the physical practice but find ourselves enjoying and sustaining the practice for the mental benefits. In this 4 week virtual series, we will get to know our own limiting belief patterns that can often leave us feeling down, overwhelmed, or stuck — both on our mats and out in the world. Leaning into yogic practices and philosophies, we will come to disrupt these mental patterns and instead redirect our minds towards connection, ease, and wellbeing.
Each week will focus on a specific theme and cultivate a specific mindfulness tool so we can begin to navigate the landscape of our own mind more skillfully and lovingly. This series will blend movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and self-reflection. All levels of abilities and experiences welcome.
