Restorative Yoga to Nourish the Heart

Take refuge in slowing down this holiday season. Over three weeks we will explore restorative yoga poses and techniques to calm the body, open our compassionate hearts, and settle the mind. Deep relaxation is not only possible, but essential to our wholeness. Unwind with the support of your yoga community.

 

You will need props to support your Restorative Yoga practice. Props are available for sale on the Laughing River Yoga website as well as in-studio, click here to shop. You could also get creative with items you have at home!

 

We highly recommend students commit to attending all 3 sessions of the series. It takes more than one hour to nourish the heart!
