In the Prenatal Yoga Basics Training we will explore the anatomy and physiology of the pregnant body. Delve into the culture of birth and learn how to safely sequence your class, and how to modify your teaching for a pregnant woman in any trimester.

She works with women to help them discover their inner power. She is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), with over 3,000 hours of teaching experience and advanced training in Ashtanga, Prenatal, and Postnatal yoga.
