Basics Training

(11 Total Hours: available for CEU, counts towards 300hr YTT)

This workshop will be offered in-person at the Chace Mill and Online Via ZOOM. 

In the Prenatal Yoga Basics Training we will explore the anatomy and physiology of the pregnant body. Delve into the culture of birth and learn how to safely sequence your class, and how to modify your teaching for a pregnant woman in any trimester.

This module can be applied toward the full 85-hour prenatal yoga teacher training program offered at Women’s Room. Email for details.

“Anatomy Coloring Book” or “Anatomy of Hatha Yoga” or any other Anatomy book

Beth Kruger is the owner and founder of Women’s Room. Deeply committed to women’s wellness, Beth has been supporting women of all ages as they rise to embrace the fullness of themselves since 2005.

Passionate about creating and maintaining a space in which fierce femininity is welcome and sisterhood is sacred, Beth is an entrepreneur, yoga teacher, retreat leader, and mother to two beautiful girls.  She works with women to help them discover their inner power. She is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), with over 3,000 hours of teaching experience and advanced training in Ashtanga, Prenatal, and Postnatal yoga.
