Join us all summer for Wednesday evening sunset classes and Friday + Saturday morning classes at the beautiful Burlington Surf Club.  Classes are open to anyone.  You do not need to be a member of the surf club to attend.  Join us for what is sure to be a beautiful experience.  Feel free to pre-register ahead of time through mindbody or simply show up.

About Kelly: Kelly is a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher, and holistic health coach. She runs the mindfulness program at on their Wellness team. Kelly’s intention is to inspire those around her with positive energy, laughter, and compassion. Through her classes, she hopes to share the transformative effects of a yoga practice rooted in kindness.

About Kate: Teaching since 2012, Kate encourages students to become intimate observers of one’s own body. Her classes layer yogic philosophy and specific techniques that both empower and invite students to live yoga beyond their mats in their daily lives. Additionally, her classes integrate experience studying Kripalu, Yin, and Katonah Yoga. She looks forward to meeting you wherever you are on the path.

About Emily: Emily taught her first class to a group of homeless women in 1999. Immediately, she recognized the power of sharing yoga and since that day, has continued to share the teachings. Emily’s classes emphasize that through yoga and meditation practice we can learn to be present in our lives. Emily is the owner of Laughing River Yoga where she co-directs the Laughing River Yoga Teacher Training.
