In this 90-minute workshop, students will have the opportunity to explore intentional time for gratitude, celebration, and triumph as we close the calendar year of 2020 and the intensity that it has collectively brought us. This workshop will include asana practice, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and deep relaxation practices to help catalyze a triumphant and energized end to the year, and preparation for 2021.
Come with your joys and sorrows of 2020 and leave what is no longer serving your growth on the mat through this cleansing and energizing practice! All are welcome.
