New Year's Eve Community Practice

Pause skillfully in the space between 'what was' and 'what will be'. In this 90 minute session, we will utilize the tools of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation for reflection, skillful action, and transformation as we embark on a new year. Participants can expect an active and purifying practice balanced with deeply relaxing restorative postures to reset the body, mind, and heart for 2022.
