Molly began practicing yoga in the early ‘90’s. As a long distance runner and triathlete, she originally found yoga as a means to help restore her ailing body. Yoga helped her body heal as well as helped her deal with the sudden loss of her mom. It also made her more of a balanced mom with her young family at the time. Almost 30 years later, yoga continues to keep her body strong and flexible along with keeping her mind sharp, balanced and in-tune with this chaotic world we all live in.
