This is a version of a traditional Buddhist Loving-Kindness meditation called, “Metta.” It can be recited inwardly in sitting meditation or while holding a Yoga posture.It’s helpful to place hands on your heart to feel the care you have for yourself.

May I be peaceful
May I be happy
May I live with ease and well-being

May all beings be peaceful
May all beings be happy
May all beings live with ease and well-being
May all beings be free

This can also be recited for someone you love, someone you feel neutrally towards, and someone who challenges you “May you be happy…” and so on…
